ABOUT THE PROJECT

"NASHI NOSHI" is a project of activists of the "Democratychna Sokyra" movement in Odesa, which was created to provide the Defense Forces of Ukraine with soft evacuation stretchers.

About the third week of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, we decided to move from the chaotic volunteerism of the first days, when everyone buys something everywhere and delivers it wherever they can and knows, to a systematic approach in filling the needs in a specific niche, which few people are engaged in.
After talking with the paramedics, who had the experience of 8 years of war, we found out that there is a big problem with the availability of high-quality stretchers for evacuating the wounded.

At the current moment, the non-commercial cost of one stretcher unit is UAH 980-1000, depending on exchange rate fluctuations, fuel prices, power outages, etc., which in turn change the cost of materials, fittings and work.

We attract donations, order the manufacture of stretchers according to our patterns and production requirements at a non-commercial price, and transfer them free of charge to the units of the Armed Forces according to requests from the military and the availability of ready-made copies.
